As part of our commitment to empowering women, HACDO successfully established a Women’s Vocational Training Center in Herat. This project, completed in collaboration with local NGOs, provided training in tailoring, embroidery, and handicrafts to 250 women from marginalized communities. By equipping women with practical skills, the project has created pathways for financial independence, helping them generate income to support their families. The center continues to serve as a sustainable platform for women’s empowerment, with many participants now running small businesses or contributing to local markets.
