HACDO is dedicated to delivering comprehensive humanitarian aid and fostering sustainable community development in Afghanistan. We aim to empower vulnerable populations—particularly women, children, and marginalized communities—by addressing their immediate needs for food, shelter, healthcare, and education while promoting long-term economic.
