: RFQ for Supply of Educational Kits for Vulnerable Children
Humanitarian Aid and Community Development Organization (HACDO) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of educational kits to support our community-based education programs across Afghanistan. The kits will be distributed to children from vulnerable and marginalized communities.
1. Description of Goods Required

2. Terms & Conditions
- Delivery Location:
HACDO Central Warehouse, Herat, Afghanistan. - Delivery Deadline:
Goods must be delivered no later than 45 days from the date of the purchase order. - Validity of Quotation:
Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the submission date. - Payment Terms:
Payment will be made within 30 days upon delivery of the goods and submission of an invoice.
3. Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit the following documentation:
- Itemized Price Quotation: Including per-unit cost and total cost, clearly listing any applicable taxes or shipping charges.
- Company Registration Documents: Proof of legal registration to operate within Afghanistan.
- Previous Work Experience: A list of similar contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years.
- Delivery Schedule: Confirm ability to meet the 45-day delivery deadline.
- Warranty or Quality Assurance: Specify any product warranties or quality assurances.
4. Evaluation Criteria
Submitted quotations will be evaluated based on the following factors:
- Price Competitiveness
- Compliance with Product Specifications
- Delivery Time
- Vendor’s Experience and Past Performance
- After-Sales Support/Warranty
5. Submission Instructions
All quotations must be submitted via email to procurement@hacdo.org no later than 4:00 PM on October 25, 2024. Please use the email subject line: RFQ – Educational Kits.
Late submissions or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
